MEASUREMENTS:
Tux & Tails Formalwear recommends all measurements be completed at least 4 weeks before the wedding date. Men may come in a group or separately; no appointment is necessary. Please notify the members of your wedding party that a deposit is required at the time measurements are taken.
SUIT PICK UP:
Suits may be picked up as early as 4.00pm two days prior to date of event.
Special arrangements must be made for earlier pick ups. When picking up, please allow time to try on the suit to ensure a proper fit.
PAYMENT:
Balance on the suit is due at the time of pick up. Suits may be picked up separately or in a group, but all should be tried on in advance. Visa, Switch and Mastercard, accepted in ALL BRANCHES.
You will be required to leave a security deposit on all suits. This is refundable when all items are returned.
To avoid last minute problems, please try the suit when you pick it up. Doing so will allow time for alterations or exchanges to be made.
CHOICE:

RETURNS:
Suits must be returned the day after use. Any suit not returned the day after is subject to a £10 a day late charge. Suits may be returned separately or in a group. Some branches are open Sunday for returns. |

Q Do I have to wear a Black Tie ... if the invitation says Black Tie?
A No the phrase Black Tie merely means Tuxedo, Dress Shirt and Bow Tie. It does not mean Black Tie.
Q Can I only wear a Morning Suit in the morning?
A No, you can wear it anytime.
Q Does Top Hat and Tails means you must wear a Top Hat?
A No, it is not a necessity.
Q Do you have to wear Grey for Ascot?
A No any colour is acceptable, but it must be a Morning Suit. Also if you are going into the Royal Enclosure you will require a hat. |
